Lorex Partner Program Survey Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   1.1. The Lorex Partner Survey Prize Draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to all eligible customers who participate in the designated survey.

   1.2. Entrants must be legal residents of Canada or United States and must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

   1.3. Employees, agents, and representatives of Lorex and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.

2. Entry:

   2.1. Entry into the Prize Draw is automatic upon completion of the designated survey.

   2.2. Only one entry per eligible business customer is allowed. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.

   2.3. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted.

   2.4. The entry must be submitted before June 11, 11:59PM PST to be eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.

3. Prize:

   3.1. Lorex 4K (16 Camera Capable) 4TB Wired NVR System with Nocturnal 4 Smart IP Bullet Cameras Featuring Motorized Varifocal Lens, Vandal Resistant and 30FPS Recording (NC4K4MV-164BB-2). The prize may be subject to change at anytime by the sole discretion of Lorex.

   3.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

    3.3. Lorex reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

   3.4. There is no cash alternative offered for the prize

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

   4.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on June 16,2023.

   4.2. The draw will be conducted by Lorex or its designated representative.

   4.3. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of the Prize Draw.

   4.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days of the initial notification, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Publicity:

   5.1. By participating in the Prize Draw, the winner agrees to allow Lorex to use their name and/or company name for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Prize Draw, without any further compensation or notice.

6. Data Protection:

   6.1. All personal data collected during the Prize Draw will be handled in accordance with Lorex's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

   6.2. By entering the Prize Draw, participants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and fulfilling any prize-related requirements.

7. General Conditions:

   7.1. Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

   7.2. Lorex reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

   7.3. Lorex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice, for any reason beyond its reasonable control.

   7.4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

   7.5. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

By participating in the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
